UCC ARTICLE 9 PUBLIC SALE NOTICE

To Whom It May Concern,

Please take notice that pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 9, a public sale of the collateral described below will be conducted as follows:

Name of Debtors: SCOTTSDALE MHP, LLC, MR PROPERTY GROUP, LTD n/k/a PATCH PLACE MHC, LLC, BRITTANY COURT MHP, LLC and TOPPOS, LLC.

Name of Secured Party: Greenstate Credit Union, an Iowa chartered credit union

Location of the Sale: The offices of Brown, Hay + Stephens, LLP 205 S. Fifth Street, 10th Floor, Springfield, Illinois 62701

Terms of the Sale

The sale shall be conducted in person at the offices of Brown, Hay + Stephens, LLP located at 205 S. Fifth Street, 10 th floor, Springfield, Illinois. The collateral offered for sale shall consist of all titles to mobile homes as described as above, which shall be sold collectively as a single lot. The mobile homes are being sold in “as is” condition, without any warranty as to condition or quality of any kind whatsoever, all such warranties being hereby expressly disclaimed. Possession of said mobile homes is subject to rights of tenants in possession under any existing leases thereof.

All prospective bidders shall be required to tender, at the time of sale, a deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the successful bid price in cash or certified funds, with the balance of the purchase price due within fourteen (14) days following the sale. Plaintiff may bid at the sale and may credit bid all or any portion of its indebtedness. Upon payment of the required deposit, the successful bidder shall receive bills of sale for the titled mobile homes. Upon timely payment in full of the remaining balance, the successful bidder shall receive the corresponding Illinois certificates of title for the mobile home units.
