This Directory is a listing of individuals in the United States who have served as state court receiver and those individuals who regularly represent or otherwise work with state court receivers. In contrast to DailyDAC’s Assignee Directory, the State Court Receiver Directory is not intended to be comprehensive in nature. Rather, the State Court Receiver Directory was created in partnership with the Commercial Receivers Association (CRA), and the CRA determines who is listed in it.
