NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSITION OF COLLATERAL

Secured Party, Pelorus Fund REIT, LLC, through its duly authorized agent Hilco Real Estate, LLC, will sell all of Debtor’s right, title, and interest, in and to 100% of the Class A Membership Interests of Craft Opportunities LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (the “Company”), representing 95% of the total issued and outstanding Membership Interests of the Company, and related collateral more particularly described in that certain Pledge Agreement dated as of June 17, 2022 by and between Debtor and Secured Party (the “Collateral”), to the highest qualified bidder in public as follows:
