Chapter 7 Trustee Kimberly Husted announces the December 12th auction 100% interest in World of Good Tastes, a corporation which owns the recipes, trademarks and production facility for the wholesale supply to stores operated in the greater Sacramento California region as La Bou. The La Bou name is well known in the area and has 18 licensed stores. The corporation also has 100% ownership of the catering service La Bou Delivers and 100% ownership of the branding for Capricorn Coffee which has a customer list and separate P&L. Bankruptcy sale to be conducted at 10:00 am Pacific Time on December 12th in Department D, Courtroom 34 of 501 I Street Sacramento California. Access to a sharefile for review of leases, license agreements, franchise agreements, P&Ls and Financials will be provided to individuals who sign the Non-Disclosure agreement and pay a refundable $5000 fee.
