PUBLIC NOTICE CHAPTER 11 SALE: Roberts Chevrolet GMC

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On 6/25/2026, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”) entered an Order approving bidding procedures (the “Bidding Procedures Order”) in connection with the proposed sale of substantially all assets of Roberts Chevrolet GMC (the “Debtor”).

Pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order, the Debtor has been authorized to solicit offers from interested parties for the acquisition of substantially all of the Debtor’s assets. The deadline for submitting a Qualified Bid for the assets is July 24, 2026, at 4:00 pm EST (the “Bid Deadline”). If at least two Qualified Bids are received by the Bid Deadline with regard to the Assets, the Debtor will conduct an Auction in accordance with the Bid Procedures, which Auction shall take place on July 28, 2026 at 10:00am EST.

The Debtor’s bankruptcy case is pending before the Court as Case No. 26-10830-KBO.

The assets being marketed generally consist of an established automotive dealership operation located in Alabama, as well as other assets used in the operation of the dealership business.

Interested parties may obtain additional information regarding the opportunity, including access to a confidential information memorandum and due diligence materials, by contacting the individual listed below.

To be eligible to participate in the sale process and any auction, interested parties must submit a Qualified Bid in accordance with the Bidding Procedures Order so as to be actually received no later than the Bid Deadline.
