Paul R. Hage

Paul is a partner in the Insolvency & Reorganization Practice Group at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. in Detroit, Michigan.  He specializes in representing debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, unsecured creditors' committees, asset purchasers and trustees in reorganizations, liquidations and other insolvency proceedings nationwide. Paul earned his Bachelor's degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He earned his LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law.  Paul regularly speaks and writes on bankruptcy issues for a number of organizations including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association, the Norton Institutes on Bankruptcy Law, the State Bar of Michigan and the Turnaround Management Association.
