Erin N. Brady

Erin Brady is a New York and Los Angeles-based bankruptcy and restructuring partner at the law firm of Hogan Lovells. She has more than two decades of experience resolving complex, time-sensitive challenges representing investors, creditors, companies and trustees in both out-of-court and in-court distressed situations. One focus of Erin's practice is the retail sector. She recently represented Mattel as the largest unsecured creditor and co-chair of the creditors' committee in the Toys “R” Us Chapter 11 cases. She also represented Fleming Companies in the sale of substantially all of its grocery store distribution business, and American Apparel and its affiliates in both of their Chapter 11 cases. Erin has been recognized by Chambers, Global Restructuring Review, Legal 500, Los Angeles Magazine, Law360, Super Lawyers, and Finance Monthly for her restructuring and insolvency work.
