Notice is hereby given that Settle Funding, LLC, 29 West 17th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10011 (Telephone: (312) 602-5151) (the “Secured Party”) will sell the collateral described in the UCC Financing Statement filed by the Secured Party with the Delaware Secretary of State on September 6, 2022 (Filing No. 2022 7453848) (as described therein, “Collateral”) to the highest qualified bidder in public as follows (the “Sale”):

The Secured Party reserves the right to add to, withdraw, or otherwise modify or amend in any respect whatsoever all or any portion of the Collateral or any terms, conditions, or procedures for the Sale, for any reason whatsoever, for any reason whatsoever.
