Name of Debtors: Mana Products, Inc. and Mana Export, Inc.

Notice is hereby given that Legacy Corporate Lending, LLC, One Legacy Circle, 7500 Dallas Parkway, Suite 265, Plano, TX 75024 (“Secured Party”) will sell the collateral described in the UCC Financing Statements filed by the Secured Party with the New York Secretary of State on May 28, 2025 (Filing Nos. 202505280193352 and 202505280193338) (as described therein, “Collateral”) to the highest qualified bidder in public as follows:
