Pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code, as enacted in New York (Statute §38-9-610), and pursuant to the terms and provisions set forth below, Decathalon Alpha V, L.P. will sell the following property owned by Debtor, an information technology company acting as a digital systems integrator, without warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, or the like:

• All assets, including but not limited to Accounts, Equipment, Intellectual Property, General Intangibles, one Dell XPS 5490, three ThinkPad X1 Carbon  Gen 8, one MacBook Pro – Space Gray:  16″ monitor, ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9, one MacBook Air w/M2 Chip, one MacBook Pro – 14″, one Mac Book Pro, Rochester Office Furniture, Software Platforms and associated IP
