NOTICE OF PUBLIC DISPOSITION (BONEY ENTERPRISES LLC)

Name of Debtor: Boney Enterprises LLC, a Nevada limited liability company

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pizza Factory, Inc. (the “Secured Party”) will sell certain assets of the Debtor as described in the UCC Financing Statement filed by the Secured Party with the Nevada Secretary of State on September 19, 2022 (Filing No. 2022281254-5) (as described therein, the “Sale Assets”) to the highest qualified bidder at a public disposition as follows (the “Sale”):

Day and Date: Tuesday, October 17, 2023
Time: 9:00 a.m. (prevailing Pacific Time)
Place: Online via Zoom videoconference and telephone

Any party wishing to bid on the Sale Assets at the Sale must qualify as a bidder by delivering proof (satisfactory to the Secured Party) of such party’s financial ability to consummate a sale of the Sale Assets to counsel for the Secured Party, as listed below, by no later than 5:00 pm (prevailing Pacific Time) on Friday, October 13, 2023. All sales of the Sale Assets will be final and made on an “as is, where is” and “with all faults” basis and will be made without warranty, expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever. For additional information regarding the Sale Assets and the terms, conditions, and procedures for the Sale, please contact counsel for the Secured Party, as listed below. The Secured Party reserves the right to add to, withdraw, or otherwise modify or amend in any respect whatsoever any terms, conditions, or procedures for the Sale, for any reason whatsoever.
