Sale Type: Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code – Sealed Bids Due October 15, 2025

In business for more than 25 years, The Company is a branded full-service home furnishings supplier. The company markets and sells to major national retailers, prominent e-commerce platforms, and numerous independent retailers. The company’s in-house designers create original product collections, manufactured to specifications by established overseas partners. The Company possesses long-standing employees in all disciplines and principally operates from a leased warehouse in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. All company assets are available including intellectual property, inventory, accounts receivable, and equipment.

Sale Process

Sealed bids for the assets, in whole or individually, are due by October 15, 2025. A Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and access to a data room are available upon execution of a confidentiality agreement. Discussions with management may be arranged as appropriate.
