PUBLIC NOTICE OF UCC ARTICLE 9 SALE: Fast Lane Technologies LLC and Intralogic Solutions, LLC

NOTICE OF SALE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with applicable provisions of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as enacted in New York, Safepath Solutions, LLC (“Secured Party”), through its financial advisor, TrueNorth Capital Partners LLC (“TrueNorth”), will offer for sale at a public auction (the “Public Sale”) all of the right, title and interest in the assets of Fast Lane Technologies LLC and Intralogic Solutions, LLC (together, “Debtors”), including equipment, inventory, accounts, intellectual property, contract rights, commercial tort claims and other personal property (the “Collateral”).

The Public Sale will be conducted on October 31, 2025 at the offices of TrueNorth, 9 West Broad Street, Stamford, CT 06902, beginning at 10:00 AM (EST) with remote participation available to qualified bidders.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Public Sale is being conducted to enforce Secured Party’s rights and remedies in and with respect to the Collateral as a result of the indebtedness of Debtors to Secured Party.

The Collateral will be sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, without representations or warranties. Secured Party reserves its right to (and may) credit bid at the Public Sale. The Collateral will be sold to the highest qualified bidder for cash or credit against outstanding indebtedness held by Secured Party.

Debtors are entitled to an accounting of the unpaid indebtedness secured by the Collateral.

THERE WILL BE NO WARRANTIES MADE OR PROVIDED RELATING TO TITLE, POSSESSION, QUIET ENJOYMENT OR THE LIKE IN CONNECTION WITH THE DISPOSITION. THE COLLATERAL SHALL BE SOLD “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS,” WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, A WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR OR OTHER PURPOSE. The Collateral is being sold without recourse to Secured Party, its attorneys or TrueNorth.

The Public Sale may be canceled or continued from time to time, without further notice other than as given at the Public Sale, at the sole and absolute discretion of Secured Party.
