PUBLIC NOTICE OF AUCTION OF ASSETS: Fireside Surf, LLC
NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
Fireside Surf, LLC, a specialty recreation facility and restaurant, will sell at auction the following property as a single lot, without warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, or the like:
- All assets, including but not limited to Accounts, Equipment, Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and General Intangibles
- Assets include assorted restaurant fixtures such as tables, chairs, benches, shelves, patio furniture etc, assorted kitchen equipment such as coolers, ovens, racks, prep tables, etc, and assorted bar equipment.
The minimum sale price contemplated is $97,000.
