NDA Deadline: March 18, 2026

Background: Spa offering cutting-edge recovery equipment, including top-end ice baths, full-body red light therapy, private infrared sauna and contrast therapy suites, compression boots, and Vitamin IV therapy

Process Overview

a. The prospective Assignee will provide a form asset purchase agreement (“APA”) to interested parties who have executed a non-disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) by the NDA Deadline.

b. Letters of Intent in the form of a redline to the APA (containing the additional information as may be required by the prospective Assignee) must be received no later than the Bid Deadline.

c. The winning bidder will be selected and notified by the prospective Assignee on March 27, 2026

d. The selection of the winning bidder is in the prospective Assignee’s absolute discretion.

e. The winning bidder must be prepared to close and fund the purchase by Wednesday March 30, 2026

f. Minimum bid is $500,000.00

Assets to be Sold: It possesses assets including but not limited to: Equipment, Domains, Social Media Accounts, Mailing List, Marketing Collateral and Trade Secrets.
