PUBLIC NOTICE OF ASSET SALE: Suretint Technologies, LLC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that B&R HOLDINGS, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Secured Party”) is selling substantially all of the assets (the “Collateral”) of Suretint Technologies, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (the “Debtor”), which Collateral includes ninety-four (94) patent and ten (10) trademark filings in the United States and internationally in hair and color conversion technology via public auction on March 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. CST, by Huck Bouma, PC. A link (or dial-in number) to participate in the auction will be provided only to the qualified bidders. The Collateral is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Secured Party has the right to credit bid its debt. The Debtor is entitled to an accounting of the unpaid debt. The sale may be adjourned. Notice of any adjourned sale date will be given only to those that sign an NDA.
