PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On March 18, 2026 the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado (the “Court”) granted in-part the Nu Style Landscape & Development, LLC’s (the “Debtor”) motion for an Order Establishing Bidding Procedures for the Sale of Substantially All of the Debtor’s Assets, among other things (the “Bidding Procedures Order”). The Debtor has been authorized to solicit offers from interested parties and may designate a Stalking Horse Bidder on or before April 6, 2026 (the “Stalking Horse Deadline”), and receive other Qualified Bids on or before April 13, 2026 (the “Bid Deadline”). If one or more Qualified Bids are received by the Bid Deadline, to determine the highest or otherwise best Qualified Bid, the Debtor will conduct an Auction on April 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
The Debtor’s case is pending in the Court as Case No. 23-14475-TBM. The Debtor’s Assets generally consist of Trucks, Trailers, Bobcats, Trenchers and attachments, Bobcat Buckets, maintenance Equipment, Snow Plows and Snow Pushers, all of which is used in the operation of the Debtor’s landscaping business.
