Critical Vendor Status

A Creditor who held a Claim prior to the Petition Date and who the Bankruptcy Court permits the Debtor to pay (in part or in full) on account of such Claim in return for such Creditor agreeing to provide Post-Petition good or services to the Debtor has Critical Vendor status.
