About David Turetsky

David is a partner in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency practice at White & Case LLP, where he represents companies, private equity sponsors, lenders, and creditors in complex restructurings and distressed situations. David graduated from Harvard Law School with honors and was a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP before joining White & Case in 2017. He has represented Hertz, Lordstown Motors, Joerns Healthcare, and Techniplas and others in their successful chapter 11 cases, and has represented various other companies and parties in connection with out-of-court restructurings and distressed transactions. David has written extensively on restructuring topics, including prepackaged and pre-arranged bankruptcies.
