Cynthia is a member of Winthrop & Weinstine’s Creditors Remedies and Bankruptcy practice areas. With a practice focusing on complex commercial litigation, banking and financial services, bankruptcy and creditors' rights and remedies, bankruptcy litigation and commercial collections, Cynthia serves clients such as bankruptcy trustees, community and regional banking institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, court appointed receivers and business owners. Her recent litigation experience involves claims arising from Ponzi schemes, fraudulent transfers and preference actions, commercial loan collection and workout, receiverships, loan participation disputes, commercial contractual disputes, real estate mortgage foreclosures, 363 sales, and resolution of distressed financial transactions. In addition, Cynthia represents corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and probate litigation.
