PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHAPTER 11 SALE: PIC Estate, LLC

LEGAL NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that PIC Estate, LLC (“PIC”), which filed a chapter 11 bankruptcy case on March 2, 2026, currently pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas (the “Bankruptcy Court”) as Case No. 26-40725 has entered into an agreement to sell the real property described generally as approximately 387 acres located in and around County Road 480 and US Highway 380 in Princeton, Texas, for a total purchase price of $41,556,206.61.

A hearing to consider approval of the proposed sale will be held on September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Central Daylight Time) in the Bankruptcy Court.

PIC is willing to consider higher and better offers for the property. The proposed sale is subject to bidding procedures previously entered by the Bankruptcy Court and is conditioned upon approval of the Bankruptcy Court as well as the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable purchase and sale agreement and any order approving the sale.
