Bid Deadline: A third party may submit an offer (an “Overbid”) to the Trustee up to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on July 8, 2026 – via email to Mark M. Sharf ([email protected]) and Stephen D. Finestone ([email protected]). 2.The Overbid must be in an amount of at least $25,000 more than Buyer’s proposed price of $500,000. Any Overbid must be submitted with a signed Asset Purchase Agreement that is either identical to the current APA with the Buyer, or on terms more favorable as determined by the Trustee in his sole discretion; and on terms at least as favorable as the terms with Buyer.3.The Overbid must include adequate information to demonstrate to the Trustee, in his sole discretion, that the party submitting the Overbid has the financial ability to perform the transaction.
