NOTICE OF DISTRIBUTION BY FUND.COM INC. (FNDM)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on December 10, 2025, Russell C. Silberglied, in his capacity as the Court appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Fund.com, Inc. (ticker FNDM) (the “Company”), initiated a distribution in the amount of $4 million (less transaction costs) to the stockholders of the Company through the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation platform using the cash proceeds of a settlement entered into between the Receiver and Thomas Braziel (the “Settlement”).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, as a result of such distribution, the brokerage accounts of stockholders of record should now reflect receipt of a distribution in the amount of $8.99 per share held. Individuals and entities that believe they may be stockholders of the Company but no longer have access to their brokerage accounts should contact their broker for assistance.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Receiver expects to make additional distributions following the monetization of non-cash assets obtained pursuant to the Settlement. The timing of such additional distributions remains uncertain at this time.
