PUBLIC NOTICE OF UCC ARTICLE 9 SALE: Collateral Pledged by Christine Hunsicker

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF COLLATERAL

(UCC ARTICLE 9)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, Emigrant Bank, as secured party, will conduct a public sale of the collateral of Christine Hunsicker, as debtor, pursuant to Section 9-610 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

The collateral consists of certain equity interests, securities, warrants, and rights, together with related rights and proceeds, and certain indebtedness owed to the debtor, all as more particularly described on Exhibit A hereto. A more detailed list of assets is available upon request to Zach Benaharon, Esq. (the “Administrative Liaison”), using the contact information at the bottom of this notice.

The public auction will be held on December 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10020. Remote participation may be made available upon request to the Administrative Liaison.

If you wish to attend the Auction in person, you must call or email the Administrative Liaison not later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 25, 2025, in order to be granted security clearance to enter the building in which the Auction will be conducted. If you wish to attend the Auction remotely by Zoom meeting, you must request an invitation by email only, addressed to the Administrative Liaison not later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 25, 2025, whereupon an invitation to the Zoom meeting will be issued by return email to the email address from which the request was sent.

The collateral will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” to the highest or otherwise best bidder as determined by the secured party. The secured party reserves the right to credit bid, to sell the collateral in one or multiple lots, to set and enforce bidding procedures, to require proof of financial ability to close, and to cancel, postpone, or adjourn the sale in its sole discretion.

All securities to be sold are unregistered under the Securities Act of 1933 and will be offered and sold only to persons who provide satisfactory verification of “accredited investor” status as determined by the secured party in its sole discretion. Additional terms may apply.

All notices and actions are being taken in accordance with applicable law.
