Bravo Acquisition LLC will sell at auction the following property of Local Marketing Solutions Group, Inc. as a single lot, without warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment, or the like:

All assets of Debtor now owned and hereafter acquired, including all Accounts, Chattel Paper, Goods, Inventory, Equipment, Instruments, Investment Property, Promissory Notes, Documents, Letter of Credit Rights, Commercial Tort Claims, General Intangibles, Software, Deposit Accounts, Money, Payment Intangibles, Tax refunds, Letter of Credit Rights, Together with all accessions, attachments, and products to, including all cash and non-cash Proceeds of, the foregoing.

The minimum sale price contemplated is $107,000.
