
On July 23, 2025, Kyte Systems Inc. (“Kyte” or “Assignor”) executed a General Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors in favor of Kyte ABC, LLC (the “Assignee”). The Assignee is now soliciting offers for the sale of Kyte’s intellectual property and brand-related assets including, but not limited to:
Kyte Background
Kyte was a venture-backed, app-based car rental service that raised over $100 million in funding since 2019. The company provided door-to-door vehicle delivery in 14 U.S. cities to over 500,000 customers. Kyte built its technology stack entirely in-house, focusing on modularity and global scalability, enabling seamless logistics, fleet operations, and user engagement. At its peak, Kyte generated approximately $30 million in annual revenue and maintained consistent double-digit growth.
Over $22 million has been invested in Kyte’s marketing, customer acquisition and brand building and over $30 million was spent on program development.
Sale Process and Bid Deadline
The Assignee is marketing the assets for sale in whole, or in part. All interested parties must execute a confidentiality agreement prior to receiving access to the data room and further diligence materials.
