PUBLIC NOTICE OF RECEIVERSHIP SALE:
ENTEGRA CAPITAL LLC AND EC MASTER TRUST

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, Creative Planning of Illinois, LLC (the “Receiver”), which has been appointed as the receiver in the Illinois state court litigation entitled Lake Forest Bank & Trust Company, National Association vs. Entegra Capital LLC et al., No. 2024CH00000201 (the “Receivership Action”), hereby provides notice of the sale (the “Sale”) of Entegra Capital LLC and EC Master Trust (together, the “Entegra Entities”) and their respective assets (collectively, the “Receivership Assets”) pursuant to the procedures set forth below. Subject to all the terms of this Notice and the Order (the “Bidding Procedures Order”) entered by the court in the Receivership Action approving certain procedures (the “Bidding Procedures”) for the Sale, the Receivership Assets will be sold to the highest or otherwise best bidder, as determined by the Receiver in consultation with Lake Forest Bank & Trust Company, National Association, a national banking association and subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation, as administrative agent for the lenders under a loan agreement to the Entegra Entities, pursuant to the following terms and conditions: the Receivership Assets will be offered for sale, in bulk, and sold to the highest or otherwise best bidder in accordance with the Bidding Procedures Order, on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with all faults, and without any warranty whatsoever, express or implied (other than as agreed to in writing by the Receiver), including, without limitation, condition of title, value or quality of the Receivership Assets, or with regard to assets, liabilities, financial condition or earnings of Borrower. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE POSSESSION QUIET ENJOYMENT OR THE LIKE IN THIS DISPOSITION ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. The Receivership Assets shall be sold free and clear of all liens, claims, encumbrances and interests, with all such liens, claims, encumbrances and other interests to attach to the proceeds of the Sale in the same order of their priority, and with the same force and effect which they now have as against the Receivership Assets, subject to any rights, claims and defenses the Receiver may possess.

The Bidding Procedures set forth the terms and conditions for submitting a bid and otherwise participating in the Sale process.
