NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF CREDITORS AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above named Assignor has on the 2nd day of May, 2025 made, executed and delivered to Mitchell Malzberg, Esq. (the”Assignee“), with offices located at c/ o The Law Offices of Mitchell J. Malzberg, LLC, 6 E. Main Street, Suite 7, PO Box 5122, Clinton, New Jersey 08809, an assignment of its entire estate in trust for the benefit of creditors in accordance with the Revised Statues of New Jersey.

The Assignor was engaged in the distribution business of various products through Amazon, Walmart, etc. with offices located at located at 114 Clinton Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004 and also having registered offices at 184 South Livingston Avenue, Suite 9-378, Livingston New Jersey 07039.

All claims of creditors must be presented to the office of: The Law Offices of Mitchell J. Malzberg, LLC, Attn/: Mitchell J. Malzberg, Esq., 6 E. Main Street, Suite 7, PO Box 5122, Clinton, New Jersey 08809, within 3 months from the date hereof or the same will be batTed from coming in for a dividend, to the extent available, from the estate.
