Notice is hereby given that Settle Funding, LLC, 29 West 17th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10011 (Telephone: (415) 732-1187) (“Secured Party”) will sell the collateral described in the UCC Financing Statement filed by the Secured Party with the Delaware Secretary of State on October 24, 2023 (Filing No. 2023 7238560) (as described therein, “Collateral”) to the highest qualified bidder in public as follows:
