Up for auction are the rights to the following intellectual property, including 29 patents, potentially eliminating CO2 emissions from using fossil fuels for electricity generation, enhancing extraction amounts, and providing other benefits for operations in the Oil and Gas industry.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: On March 9, 2026 the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut (the “Court”) granted the Chapter 11 Trustee, Keith N. Costa’s (the “Trustee”) motion for an Order Establishing Bidding Procedures for the Sale of Substantially All of the Debtor’s Assets, among other things (the “Bidding Procedures Order”). The Debtor has been authorized to solicit offers from interested parties on or before May 29, 2026 (the “Bid Deadline”).
If one or more Qualified Bids are received by the Bid Deadline to determine the highest or otherwise best Qualified Bid, the Debtor will conduct an Auction on June 25, 2026 at 11 a.m.
The Debtor’s case is pending in the Court as case No. 18-51613 (JAM). Several oil & gas technology related patents will be sold on that date. To be eligible to participate in the Auction, a person or entity must submit a Qualified Bid in writing and in accordance with the Bidding Procedures, so as to be actually received by counsel to the Trustee.
