Chapter 11 Trustees: Words that Chapter 11 Debtors Never Want to Hear

In enacting the Bankruptcy Code, Congress recognized that pre-bankruptcy management’s familiarity with the debtor and its operations may be crucial to the debtor’s ability to reorganize – the paramount goal of chapter 11.
