Foley & Lardner LLP & Keen-Summit announce the sale of the membership interests in Speyside Holdings LLC, Speyside Holdings II, LLC, and CEM III LLC (collectively, the “Debtors”). The Debtors own the real property and other assets known as the Highland Mills Quarry located in Highland Mills, NY. The secured party is NEBARI NATURAL RESOURCES CREDIT FUND I, LP. Auction is May 26th.
