DailyDAC's Opportunistic Deal Database

Companies are falling faster and faster. More and more opportunities to buy distressed businesses and assets, to loan to those businesses, to represent them, to help broker sales by them, and to represent their creditors are arising daily. DailyDAC’s Opportunistic Deal Database is different from any other resource you think may be similar. DailyDAC doesn't rely on information reported in the major moneycenter newspapers or on information you can get from EDGAR. DailyDAC gathers its intelligence through a variety of proprietary strategies that no computer can scrape and that you cannot screen on a Bloomberg Terminal. Distressed debt trading information? That’s not what DailyDAC reports on. Billion dollar deals reported on by the Wall Street Journal? Nope, that’s not DaiyDAC either. But if you transact in the private company middle market, then DailyDAC’s ODD may be right for you. Read in one place about sales happening in chapter 11 cases that are too small to be covered by others; forward indications of likely sales in chapter 11; opportunities in business chapter 7 cases without having to weed through the noise of irrelevant cases; ABCs; receiverships; Article 9 sales. Also covered: information about coming layoffs and facilities closings; narrowly disseminated investment banker teasers; and other curated opportunities to buy or invest in businesses that have an urgent need for capital. DailyDAC, for nearly the entirety of its more than a decade of operating, has strictly limited the number of seats it offers to 300: no more than 300 people may subscribe at a time. While many people have subscribed continuously for more than a decade, some seats come up each year and some seats are available now. One deal can pay for a year-long subscription (cost is $1,200) many times over. You do not need to lock in for a year, however, as quarterly ($360) and monthly subscriptions ($129) are also available. However, once you do subscribe, your price is locked in for as long as your subscription does not lapse. Subscribe or learn more here.
