Colliers International and Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC, in a joint listing effort, have been hired as the exclusive listing agent to market for sale this 65-acre, mixed-use, transit-oriented, master planned community in Sacramento, CA, known as Township Nine.

2. Project Highlights:

  1. Complete Infrastructure – The first large lot parcel map has been recorded, and majority of backbone infrastructure is complete.
