David Bagley

David M. Bagley is a Principal at MorrisAnderson and assists companies in transition as a consultant, interim manager and financial advisor. He regularly takes on positions as CEO, CRO and CFO for companies in the following industries: restaurants & franchise, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, distribution, wholesale and multi-store retail, catalog mail-order, finance, computer technology and software. David has consulted with companies that range in size from $25 million to $500 million. David is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and was listed as one of Turnarounds & Workouts’ “People to Watch” in 2010. Recently, David has been published or quoted in Retail Leader, ABI Journal, M&A Chicago, QSR Magazine and The Deal. He earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
